The mission of the City is to maintain a safe and attractive community in which to live. Overall, our community is very neat and clean and one we can all be proud of. On the other hand, not all citizens have the same standards as their neighbors. Just having a different standard does not mean a city government has the authority to control a person’s property. However, some issues may result in a determination that a nuisance is occurring. The most prominent areas in which a nuisance may occur include the following.
